Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we take special care to ensure the delivery of your order in perfect condition. Because chocolate will melt when exposed to temperatures above 72 degrees, it may be necessary to ship your package 2-day UPS in heat-resistant packaging. If we think it is necessary, we will contact you to discuss the additional charge. In the warm weather, we will not ship on Thursdays or Fridays, to avoid delivery delays on the weekend.
All purchases will be shipped within 5 business days of the time orders are received.
All orders are carefully packaged for delivery. We cannot ship to post office boxes and we recommend shipping to commercial addresses where possible so that candy is not left outside. Candy may not be returned.
All of our products are manufactured in a facility that processes peanuts and other types of nuts.
A 7% sales tax is applied to orders shipped within the state of RI.
Tax is not applicable on orders shipped outside of Rhode Island.
Holiday Ordering Deadlines
For delivery by Christmas orders must be placed by December 15th. We will make every effort to fill and ship orders by Christmas. If, due to high demand, we can not ship your order to arrive by Christmas we will contact you immediately.
What are your hours?
We are open six days a week, Monday-Saturday, 10:00-6:00, Sunday 12:00-5:00.

Do you make your own candy?
Yes, we hand make our candy on premises! Products are produced daily in small batches to ensure the freshness and quality that our customers have come to expect. We take pride in our attention to detail from production to packaging creating a unique chocolate experience.
Do you gift wrap?
Yes, we wrap gift items in our signature Sweet Twist bag with coordinating tissue.
What is your return policy?
All Non-Edible Gift Items may be returned with receipt within 15 days of purchase for a full refund in the form of currency used for the purchase. After 15 days items may be returned with receipt for merchandise credit. Without a receipt the items may be returned for merchandise credit equaling the lowest retail price offered. Sale & Clearance Merchandise is final sale. Holiday Gifts may be returned with gift receipt until January 8th. Holiday Décor Items are not eligible for return after the holiday. Sweet Twist gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable. Merchandise must be returned in manufacturer’s saleable, like-new condition with original packaging, including the barcode/UPC label, accessories, instructions and original sales receipt. Sweet Twist reserves the right to deny any return.
